| Continental Development Company is owned and operated by Chris Batts, a licensed General Building Contractor in California since July 1981.
Chris has worked in the construction industry after serving four years in the Navy fresh out of high school. Early on, he worked mainly with his father, who was also a licensed General Building Contractor.
Continental Development Company is a small family owned business with the help of son, Rick. While they can do just about anything, they prefer remodeling, finish carpentry, and general maintenance. CDC's clients are both business and residential.
